You can download whatever version you need from the Downloads section, then make sure to unzip the file. If you're on Windows, you'll have to run the .exe file inside the unzipped folder.
Not gonna lie: I am a bit scared of mannequins in real life lol. I loved the mechanics of this game though! It was the perfect amount of skill vs atmosphere. I'm playing the sequel/full game 'The Lost Residents' now! (I play The New Resident at 12.59 in this video)

when the mannequins touched me nothing happened?
i managed to get out of there fine with nothing happening, didnt even need to use the flashbulbs
but i liked the visuals! be great if it were longer
